You can contact the Child Safety After Hours Service Centre (freecall 1800 177 135) outside of usual business hours. They provide a range of services to current Child Safety clients, are the contact point if you are concerned that a child has been harmed or may be at risk of harm, and provide support for foster and kinship carers.

The Foster and kinship carer support line (1300 729 309) provides foster and kinship carers with access to after-hours support.

  • Monday to Friday, 5.00-11.30pm
  • Saturday and Sunday, 7.00-11.30pm.
