What we do
The Assessment and Referral Team (ART) provides free intensive care management support for eligible Queenslanders with disability to access the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
We can help you throughout the entire access process from start to finish by:
- providing information about the application process
- talking to your doctors and specialists
- arranging specialised assessments if required
- submitting your NDIS access application
- tracking your application progress.
