Child Safety and Personal History Screening Online Applications
The department is currently piloting an online system for making Child Safety and Personal History Screening applications (LCS2). If you require an LCS2 (new or renewal) for your role with a licensed care service provider, and your provider is part of the pilot, you can apply online.

- Mercy Community Services SEQ Limited
- UnitingCare Community

Organisation approval of LCS2 applications
